Not sure if anyone still checks this discussion, but just in case. The "quatrain" quoted above is an urban myth. It was never part of Nostradamus' writings. Easiest way to confirm this--check the date of his death against the date of this "propecy."

I had the privilige of being a part of the search and rescue/recovery in New York; my husband and I arrived with our team within hours of the attack and finally cleared the checkpoints into ground zero shortly after midnight. While there, I experienced a conviction by the Holy Spirit for something that would seem totally off the scope for that day. I'll post my testimony for anyone interested in reading it; it opened my eyes, but it will have to wait until I get a little sleep.

Whether or not this is accurate is up for debate. I personally don't exactly know, but the fact still remains that this was bound to happen. We live in an apocalytic age, where war and self-deification overpower humility and honor to YHWH. The events that follow may begin slowly or quickly, but it is time we as a family in Christ push aside petty differences of doctrinal debate and begin letting people know the truth about God.

The US has many secrets as does any high ranking super power, but in time, God will manifest himself in a mighty way, and I pray people are ready for this...

I joined the military when I was 16 and am now 54. I retired in 1995. I was, and still am will to die for you, or any citizen of this great country, but I expect to give my life for a cause. Be that cause your freedom to speak the name of Jesus or right freedom to say there is no Jesus.

I am not sure our soldiers today are as serving. We have become a self-serving nation who thrives on immeidate gratification. Be it our love life or our church life we want what WE want. Until we put God back as the God Head of this nation, we will fail. We are due for a wakeup call. Todays events will either bring out our servants hearts and get us back in Gods grace as we pray for his guidance, or we will continue on our path of arrogance, and stiff necked self-destruction.

We had better put God back in our government. As for me, I have been on my knees for years praying for our leaders, yes even Mr. Clinton when he was president. If we want Gods annointing on our nation, I think we must pray for the leaders God put in charge. We may not like them, they may make wrong decisions, but God gives them authority and he can make them the leader we need.

I pray for President Busch, that God will surround him with wise and Godly advisors. Our freedom will never end as long as it is Gods freedom we enjoy. He is our Creator God, Our Protector, Our Savior. My faith is in him, not man.

Sorry for babbling. I am very tired and my day will start at 5:00 a.m. tomorrow. Pray that I will honor my God in every decision I make.
