STEP 1: Show Me Your Passion - If money, time or circumstances were not an issue, what would you be doing with your life? Are you doing it now? Do you believe that you can? The purpose of this tele-class is to help you (re)discover and re-ignite your passion, and then uncover the uniqueness of that vision you have within you. You'll learn the steps necessary to take your vision from your heart, to your head and onto paper.

STEP 2: The Image Piece - What are you really wanting to accomplish or achieve? Why should I support you with my time, talents and treasures while you do it? Bringing your vision to fruition is going to take time, resources and commitment. Do you have what it takes to see it through? The purpose of this tele-class is to help you powerfully clarify your vision. This will lead to the development of a compelling mission statement, values and goals for your organization, which (combined with a BIO) are the main components of an effective Image Piece (Brochure).

STEP 3: Be Strategic - Are you a collaborator? Do people in your area of interest like you? Who is the first person or organization you're going to show your Image Piece to?  Tell the truth! The focus of this tele-class is on taking the next leap in being (or development). It's time to make that first foray out into the real world, where other people and their opinions are. The best part about this leg of the journey is that their goodwill, talents and skills are also out there. Legitimacy, credibility and integrity are the building blocks to successfully sharing your vision with others, and developing lasting relationships.

STEP 4: It's Time To Represent - When you walk into a room PLEASE HAVE AN AGENDA.  Your energy level and air of "knowing" should draw curious gazes to you, like a moth to a flame. You are indeed passionate people with something valuable to share. This tele-class will focus on what it means to put your best foot forward, and representing to the fullest as you're breathing new air. Just imagine that you were chosen to be the embodiment of _______ (fill in the blank for yourself). Heady stuff, right? How in the world would you pull that off? Well, that is exactly how you should approach every opportunity to share your vision.

STEP 5: I Come Bearing Gifts - Do you often feel like a lone voice in the wilderness, like you're having to beg for donations to support the obvious? Well believe me when I say, "the problem is not them." This whole process is about "Giving to Receive," and it's your responsibility to present your "gift" to donors in a way that they can connect with your vision emotionally, and internalize it. The purpose of this tele-class is to help you systematically share the joy and passion you have for your work, by creating compelling and inspiring "free offerings."

STEP 6: Run It Like A Business - It's time to stop and self-assess. What do you want to be known for? Does what you do represent and say that? When people think of your industry, do they think of you? Are you #1 or #2? Are you an innovative up and comer, someone to watch? How are you identified? Your answer to these questions is extremely important, and if at this point in the process you aren't sure, then STOP right here. This tele-class will help you grasp the immediacy and significance of name and product recognition.  Now act!

STEP 7: Let The Magic Unfold - What does it mean to be the caretaker or guardian of the vision you've been given? In my mind, this is the most important piece of the entire process. By emphasizing the importance of  stewardship, wisdom and faith this tele-class will support you in your continuous efforts to THINK BIGGER AND GIVE MORE.
